I was pleased with the service on my car. However, I do have a complaint about the public waiting area blasting Fox News. It was inescapable. If you have to have the TV on, please find programming that is less divisive and. more honest.

As usual, Dave Hepler in the Service Department is great to work with. He is always looking out for the customer. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is the main reason that I keep going to the BMW dealership.

Colby my service advisor took great care of my 2024 BMW 7 series, gave me a loaner vehicle while my repair was being done and updated me through the whole process. Best BMW dealership I’ve been in all of Florida so far, they took care of things that other BMW locations couldn’t.

This was the first time I brought my X5 in for service since purchasing the car. I’d made the appointment using the app. When I arrived, there was no waiting and my service advisor completed some simple paperwork with me and confirmed the time frame I would likely be waiting. I was unaware that they offer to pay for Uber rides if you get hungry around lunch time. The waiting area was comfortable and the wifi was excellent to get some work done. They also have the best selection of cookies, doughnuts, chocolates, etc. to snack on. My vehicle was ready About 70 minutes earlier than promised and I was on my way. A nice introduction to the BMW service experience.

AJ was excellent in explaining what going on and even provided some useful information about my vehicle.

Great Service! just a little disappointed that you didn’t accept my tire and wheel package insurance which I purchased through Bert Smith BMW when this custom and brand new car was delivered. In January, the selling dealership in St Petersburg accepted it with no issues. This slight bump in the road has me second guessing the premium I pay to have top notch service. I am paid for top notch all the time not just on a dealership’s whim.

The service is always excellent. However, this time I believe I might have to bring it back because my door is making a noise that it wasn’t making before. Other than that exceptional

I was in complete panic, Colby took my call after he was actually off and got me set up with a peer and made sure I was completely taken care of. Recently delivered our 2025 M4 Competition X-Drive to Jose for its initial annual service. He indicated that it was a basic service so that would require a couple of hours to complete, once initiated. He of course offered us fresh coffee and pastries as well as alternative transportation. He indicated that once complete, he would contact me. I found that to be the case having had Sharon’s ’25 X3 M50 in for service the month previous. Refreshing these days when one follows through. True to form, roughly 90 minutes later Jose informs me the service is complete and then the bomb fell… he went on to add that some computer codes had flashed when routine diagnostics were performed. In the interest of brevity, I’ll spare the gory details but in short, it amounted to a major engine modification as part of a factory recall, the extent of which was explained to me in detail by Jose and Albert (coolest BMW technician and all-around guy). They answered all my questions without hesitation, putting me at ease quickly, knowing this “condition” was caught early and assured me the power train had suffered no damage. The entire procedure required a week due to the number of hours of labor and testing required. During the process, I did not contact Jose for updated status because he called me every other day with a progress report, also an anomaly these days. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Jose summoned Albert and they briefed me on what had transpired. I’m nearly 70, having owned numerous new automobiles I can safely say this is best service I have received on any make, and I lived and worked in Germany for nearly 10 years during the seventies and eighties. These gentlemen have set the bar in customer service in the US, 5 Star Plus ratings in my book. Thank you both for such a positive experience.

Fast service and a good wash afterwards…

I had an object obliterate my front windshield and the frame around it passing Gainesville on my way from Pittsburgh to Sarasota. AJ was immediately helpful in suggesting resources, scheduling the repairs, suggesting other issues on the car and getting the car back to me in Sarasota within 5 days!

AJ Masa made everything simple. A wonderful experience

After blowing out a tire 80 miles from Gainsville on Sunday evening, I left a message with their answer bot. AJ contacted me 1st thing on Monday morning and 15min later called again to confirm they had the needed tires in stock. After we were towed to the dealership, AJ made sure the tire installation and alignment was done quickly and we were on our way. Great personal service!!

Better service than any other dealership. Highly recommend this dealership and talking with Jose. Special thanks to the mechanic doing the walk around and the video. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all recommendations were clear for me. I think the idea of a video to the customer is outstanding. The video and the approval or disapproval form via email was outstanding and a great idea. Makes for less phone calls and clear approval process. Thanks for the great work and will be bringing the car back when maintenance is needed. Thank you all.
