Service was great but the 3% credit card charge is bogus! I can understand a small business passing along the credit card charge to patrons, but not a car dealership. Won’t be swiping it again there!
adrian did great business today and got me approved for my 540i, if you want 5 star customer service come talk to adrian he’ll take care of you on top of that the bmw of gainesville was the best outta all the dealerships i been to they made the whole process quick and easy 💪

BMW Service is excellent! The service reps are always gracious and accommodating. The actual service that was needed is done in a timely manner and I have no complaints.
Was in town for an event and hit a pothole that blew my tire. I called early Monday morning and my service Adviser Colby was super professional and accommodating. Had the tire in stock and replaced very quickly so I could get back on the road. Great car wash as well! Dealerships are usually more expensive but the service was great and they had the tires in stock so I appreciated the promptness and professionalism of everyone I interacted with.
Repair was covered by warranty. The Uber option is a 10 out of 10.

The most effective service ever.
I was in Gainesville for one night heading to Orlando when I noticed my front right tire had two screws. I called BMW of Gainesville Service Department and they took me in immediately. The tire was replaced in an hour as promised. Thank you Jose for the great service and honesty! Highly recommend BMW of Gainesville!

Better than ocala they don’t charge you 3% for using your credit card They address every service concern you have they don’t tell you sorry can’t re-create the problem. Colby and his team are fantastic. I appreciate them.

Exceptional service department
I was pleased with the service on my car. However, I do have a complaint about the public waiting area blasting Fox News. It was inescapable. If you have to have the TV on, please find programming that is less divisive and. more honest.

This was the first time I brought my X5 in for service since purchasing the car. I’d made the appointment using the app. When I arrived, there was no waiting and my service advisor completed some simple paperwork with me and confirmed the time frame I would likely be waiting. I was unaware that they offer to pay for Uber rides if you get hungry around lunch time. The waiting area was comfortable and the wifi was excellent to get some work done. Great Service! just a little disappointed that you didn’t accept my tire and wheel package insurance which I purchased through Bert Smith BMW when this custom and brand new car was delivered. In January, the selling dealership in St Petersburg accepted it with no issues. This slight bump in the road has me second guessing the premium I pay to have top notch service. I am paid for top notch all the time not just on a dealership’s whim.
The service is always excellent. However, this time I believe I might have to bring it back because my door is making a noise that it wasn’t making before. Other than that exceptional
