I was driving from Ft Myers to Toronto Canada in a 2000 BMW M Roadster when my fan belt broke in Starke Florida. After several hours of contacting CAA and AAA and many small repair shops, I contacted BMW Gainesville and the level of service was amazing. Andy and the entire service team went out of their way to help us out and make sure we got back on the road as quickly as possible. Absolutely wonderful experience under the circumstances.

Dave, my service rep is friendly and knowledgeable. Their entire team is always professional and helpful. Comfortable and clean waiting area and clean bathrooms. Offered a large variety of beverages, pastries, and snacks in the waiting area. Dave offered the use of their conference room when I had to wait for my car and had to attend a virtual meeting. Fantastic customer service whether I am waiting for my car, or just dropping off my car. Thank you, BMW Gainesville!

My daughter is a UF student and I'm in the Chicago area. She called and said her car was making a grinding noise when she applied the brakes. Not being in Gainesville to hear it for myself I made her a service appointment at BMW of Gainesville to have it checked out. Andy Comacho one of the service advisors called me promptly with the results of the findings and provided photos so I could see the issue. He provided me with an accurate quote and timeline for the repairs to be complete. His communication throughout the process was great ...

I bought a jeep from BMW back in December when I picked it up the engine light came on so I took it back and they went out of their way to get it fixed I have it back and it's doing good with no problem and they also gave me a loners the hole time they had my jeep they are very good to work with.
